Hear This is a merging of Nurture Music and On A Plate with over 20 years of experience in promotion, A&R and management. With extensive experience in managing a diverse range of artists and campaigns Hear This gets you HEARD.
The musical ethos of Hear This is centred around music with soul. Whether it be a jazz, soul or rootsy singer songwriter we tend to work with those artists who have a musical and soulful edge. We embrace leftfield dance, hip hop and electronic music and work with artists as diverse as Jill Scott to Jon Allen. Our music clients include Bluenote, Dome Records, Jalapeno, Decca, K7, Strut, Just Music as well as a host of independent labels.
We believe in independent music and working with inventive new talent. We have also embraced the gaming arena and count Rockstar Games (GTA, LA Noire, Red Dead Redemption) as one of our main clients.
We also manage a select few artist who we have helped develop from the start of their careers including SBTRKT, Greenmoney, Bangatang and The Broken Hearts.

We are passionate about gaming, and only take on games we LOVE.
Hear This create tailored campaigns that can bring your product to a wider audience and
get the level of exposure you require.
We've been lucky enough to work with two of the most iconic games ever made, in Streetfighter and Grand Theft Auto and we delivered BIG TIME on both, if we do say so ourselves. We haven't stopped there though, and later this year will have some more fantastic videogames that you're sure to see in the media eye!

We have a very small roster of committed, motivated artists who believe in their career as
much as we do.
In the challenging times of Music Industry we feel management is the new A+R - labels almost
demand a ready-made product and we have the skill sets and expertise to hone down your
talents as an artist, and sharpen your sound so it is ready for public consumption.
